Biography

Lily Tang Lam is a Partner and Vice President of Operations for Benefits Resource. Lily specializes in management, operations, consulting and business development. Lily leads our client service & COBRA team and maintains other operational responsibilities such as setting the strategic vision and administering management systems that align our team's goals and objectives with our clients' service needs. Lily is also responsible for developing internal processes, standard operating procedures and our continuous improvement initiatives.

Lily is a group benefits disability specialist and a COBRA certified administrator. Lily is also a member of PIHRA and International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Lily attended the University of California, Riverside on an academic scholarship graduating cum laude with a bachelor of science in Business Administration. Prior to working at Benefits Resource, Lily was a project manager for a technology-based market research firm in Costa Mesa, managing accounts for companies such McDonalds, Taco Bell and Chevron.

Born in Salt Lake City, Utah and raised in Orange County. She now resides in Ladera Ranch, CA with her husband, James. They have a baby boy and are expecting their second child in October 2009. Lily enjoys traveling, fine dining, playing golf and tennis, and spending time with family.
